Whitley was amazing to have as our Day Of Coordinator! Not only is she extremely professional she is very kind, organized and loves what she does and it shows! Everything leading up to our wedding with the venue setup, decor and table setup she was very helpful in creating the look we wanted to achieve and also she answered emails/phone calls promptly.

On the wedding day we did not have to worry about anything her assistant and her had everything setup and ready to go and throughout the whole day/night everything ran on a timely manner and seamless! Great to work with and I highly recommend Whitley as your planner

Create and finalize the timeline of the wedding day

We've made the booking process easy and simple! Fill out the from on our contact page. You will immediately get a questionnaire sent to you with additional info we can't wait to hear. 

Once you've filled out the questionnaire, we will reach out to you within 48 hours on business days. 

We will set up a complimentary virtual or in person consultation to see if we would be a good fit and to answer any additional questions. 

All we require is a signed contract by the couple and a $500 Non-Refundable Retainer to save your date and start the process. 

At this time we do not provide full partial planning services. There is the option to add additional hours of services in a case by case basis, to help fill in the gaps of Day-Of Coordination and Partial Planning. 

We do! We come prepared and ready for whatever surprises the day may throw at us. 

Our emergency kit comes with an array of items including hot glue guns, Tylenol, a knife to cut the wedding cake, a variety of strings and all the other pieces to fix something if something were to arise. 

It completely depends on the venue, size of wedding and how extensive the setup is. 

Additional half day or full day assistants may be needed for venues that do not include setup/ breakdown of tables and chairs, moving of ceremony pieces to reception or larger guest counts. 

We have the option of half day and full day assistants. 

Being we only take on weddings in Skagit County with the exception of Lairmont Manor, we do not have a travel fee!

I stepped into the wedding industry in 2015 and started this company in 2016. I have many years of experience under my belt and an array in different facets of the industry. Including a year long wedding planner internship,  supervising at two local venues: Lairmont Manor and Vanderveen Farm, as well as working during the week at Skagit Valley Wedding Rentals.

Working prior and currently in other positions in the wedding industry gives me better insight on how  to properly set up floor plans, additional design ideas to add to your venue, what tablecloth sizes you need and so much more!
