Wedding Day - 12 hours

Be a guest at your own wedding!

Though it is called "Day-Of" Coordination, the process truly starts much earlier then that! Two months prior to the wedding we will go to the venue for a walk through. During that time we create a rough floor plan, do a mock up, create the detailed set up sheet and finalize the timeline. This will really help you hone in on any details you maybe hadn't considered (guest book table design, head table location etc.)

Our constant communication is within those two months, but we also send you reminders and standard recommendations prior as needed!

Receive a standard recommendation list of wedding professionals we love

Receive a 30 + page planning packet with checklists, wedding inspo for each aspect of the wedding, FAQ from past brides and more!

We'll send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your event even more to tailer the plan specifically to you

We will send you digital magazines the couples of months leading up to our two month out meeting to make sure you didn't forget anything
